UI Employment Expo
UI Employment Expo is an online recruiting system designed to connect students and alumni with employers during the recruiting process. The system allows students to upload resumes/cover letters, search and apply for jobs and internships and learn about each organization in the system. Employers can post full-time jobs and internships, search student resumes and manage interview schedules. Additionally, undergraduate students can access Iowa Career Exploration Network in Employment Expo to connect with over 500 professionals from across the country.
EMPLOYERS
By using UI Employment Expo, your organization will be using the most effective tools and strategies for recruiting University of Iowa students and graduates. Recruiters from around the United States select The University of Iowa because of its outstanding academic reputation and the national reputation of the Pomerantz Career Center. Employers who recruit and hire University of Iowa students know that they are selecting candidates who are well educated, have a high degree of career maturity and bring a strong work ethic to the workplace.

UI Employment Expo is a fantastic tool that will help you search for the job or internship you desire. You can submit and store resumes and cover letters, search and apply for jobs and internships and sign up for interviews all in one place. Employers from around the country post positions for all majors. Positions are screened and updated on a regular basis. You can also sign up for mock interviews and register your internship for 0 credit hours and transcript notation. To connect with Alumni professionals, search our ICE-Net database in Expo. Submit your resume as a pre-event contact to employers attending a career fair - through Career Events on the menu at the top of your Expo homepage.
To register - 1.) Watch the video and complete the registration form (see "Expo Activation Video" link on the right hand side).
2.) Log-In (see Student Register/Log-In" link on the right hand side). Select "Click Here to Register" if you are a new student to complete your profile. Your account will be activated within two business days of completing these steps.

Select "Click Here to Register" if you are a new user to complete your profile. Your account will be activated within two business days of completing these steps and upon receipt of payment.
Alumni Association Members receive free access to the system.
