Leadership and Diversity At Work Conference 2009

Thursday, June 4, 8:30am-3:30pm
Levitt Center for University Advancement, Iowa City, IA

Your organization wants to do everything possible to succeed in fulfilling its mission and we hear from many of you that talent acquisition and retention is an on-going challenge.  It is essential for you to find leaders who will create and enhance a welcoming and diverse environment and bring the new ideas and innovative approaches you seek.

While we have hosted other recruitment events in the past, “Leadership & Diversity at Work” is our first summer conference of this type and we are planning the day to provide you with many perspectives that you wouldn’t get elsewhere. Our focus is on our area of expertise – strategies to connect students and careers.  Whether you are new to recruiting or a seasoned professional in leadership and/or diversity initiatives, we know you will benefit from the presentations and interactions we are arranging throughout the day. Please contact the Pomerantz Career Center at 319-335-1023 if you have any questions regarding this event.
