EMPLOYERS Plan an Information Session
By hosting an information session prior to or during your campus visit, you can educate students about the opportunities available within your organization and meet with candidates whom you may be interviewing.
Employers can host information sessions in the Iowa Memorial Union or other similar venues in the early evening as a group presentation followed by questions. One other venue is the John Pappajohn Business building, which is heavily traveled by business students during the day. Companies usually hand out organization information/branded items and speak with students on a more one-on-one basis.
