A degree in Management and Organizations opens a wide variety of career options for students.  Management careers are not necessarily only executive level positions where you spend your time watching a staff of employees.  Managers can be assigned to complete projects, work on consulting adventures, or oversee operations for a particular business.  Additionally, many companies look for management majors who show strong qualities in communication and leadership as well as the potential to more up in the organization.

Managers are in high demand within many different industries.  Such areas include, but are not limited to: retail, manufacturing, finance, hospitality, and human resources. Managers must be able to oversee and direct dynamic workplaces while supervising employees with ease. 

Many students also seek a degree in Management for a foundation to persue additional academic work.  Moreover, management programs lay the basis for a wide variety of graduate work in Health Management, Law, or even graduate studies in business management and psychology.
