Welcome to the website for The University of Iowa Marvin A. and Rose Lee Pomerantz Career Center! I hope you find information here that will assist your student with his or her career needs.
The Pomerantz Career Center is a state-of-the-art, 15,000-square-foot facility and is considered one of the finest career resources in the country. This year the center will welcome more than 50,000 visitors.
Each year, thousands of students and alumni take advantage of the services we provide. For example, last year more than 5,000 students met with career advisors to learn about developing a resume, choosing a major, and/or exploring career options in their chosen field. In addition, thousands of students participated in our highly acclaimed career fairs, internship programs, and on-campus recruiting events.
We pride ourselves on building relationships with our corporate and community partners on behalf of University of Iowa students and graduates. Last year, over 250 organizations participated in our Employer Relations program.
