STUDENTS Register Your Internship For 0 Credit Hours and Transcript Notation

Note: By reporting your internship to the Pomerantz Career Center for recognition, you acknowledge that you have read and understand
the Internship Agreement and the Internship Benefits and Requirements.

Follow these steps to register your SPRING 2010 internship: (the date has passed to register previous internships)

1.

If you have an Employment Expo account, log in to update your profile, and proceed to Step 2.

If you do not have an Employment Expo account or are unsure, try to log in using your HawkId and "career" for the password. If you are unable to log in, create and submit your profile. Proceed to Step 2.

2.

Select "My Account," "My Activity," "Placements," and "Add a new placement." Be sure to fill out a placement for each semester you are doing an internship!

International Students: You must also receive authorization from OISS. After entering your internship information online, please print and complete the Open PDF fileapplication packet for Curricular Practical Training (CPT). Meet with an OISS adviser to review the packet and initial your online internship information. This must be done before you will receive the email to complete Step 3.

3.

Within one week of entering your internship information online (and after registration opens for that semester), you will receive an email with instructions for registering on ISIS. If it is after the date for registering for the current semester, you will receive alternate instructions for processing an add slip.

Your internship will not appear on your transcript unless you complete this step and register on ISIS!

4.

To receive the passing grade of "R", you must complete a mid-term evaluation. Midway into the semester you will receive an email with instructions for completing this short online evaluation.
